Shipping & Returns

Area 42 Games is pleased to work with the United States Postal Service as our primary shipping agent. In addition, if you are local to us and would like to arrange to pick up your online purchases in person, please contact us at info at area42games com or place a note in your checkout.

In the event that your package arrived damaged or the contents differed in some way from what you expected, please Contact Us using the linked form. Please include your full name, email address, phone number (and preferred times to call) as well as a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve any issues in a timely fashion.

In the event that your order cannot be fixed to your satisfaction we will accept the return of any unopened products for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your return. We cannot accept any returns on opened products, clothing, perishables or items sold as-is or in a "used" condition.
