I received this friendly letter today from Paizo about the upcoming Pathfinder RPG release in August. Seems like good advice to me.
Dear Joseph,
With the August 13 release date for the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook approaching, I'm reaching out to ask for your help. While there's a little over a month until the book is released, we're just a few short weeks away from shipping the books to our distributors. Why is this important to you?
Twenty people attending the Game Day today and by all accounts a great time was had by all. I am already looking forward to the next one which we will hold in three months.
After the featured games were played we broke out some all time favorites. So we had games of BANG!, Smart Ass, Small World, Ingenious, Loot, Guillotine, Fluxx and Zombie Fluxx. Next game day we may need another gaming table to accommodate all the fun!
We would like to invite you to spend an afternoon playing games and
meeting others who like games. The three games that we will be
featuring are Small World, Smart Ass and BANG!

Area 42 has been approached by one of the contributors to a new RPG to write a review. I feel that the only fair way to provide an accurate review is to play the game.
So, if you are interested and might have some free time to try out a new RPG, please let me know. Background on the game can be found at their website http://www.newdarkage.net/ and the game is called Unhallowed Metropolis. I will now quote from their site:
We just got in our copies of Small World by Days of Wonder and I have to say, this is one of the best packages for a game I have seen in a long time.
There are a lot of cardboard pieces to punch out for this game, almost as many as Arkham Horror, but the big difference is the game box itself. When you first open it you'll see the typical cardboard sheets with pieces to punch out, then the rules and the game turn cheat sheets, then the game boards. After that is an empty tray with a single die in it.

Everyone loves the timeless gameplay of Scrabble. Now, with Super Scrabble, you'll be able to add to your fun with more tiles, more spaces and more scoring.
You'll find 200 wooden letter tiles, comprising a unique letter distribution, that permits you to make words not possible in regular gameplay (without using the blanks). The Super Scrabble gameboard has nearly twice the amount of spaces of a standard board (441 spaces compared to 225). The added room allows your words to spread further and faster than ever before. To the familiar double and triple letter and word scoring spaces are added all new quadruple letter and word scoring spaces, tempting you to reach for bigger and bigger bonuses. For two to four players.

As the first book of Tales of the Left Hand wraps up we have decided to reorganize the layout of the podcast, breaking it into two parts. Part one will contain the first 20 chapters and part two the last 22 chapters and the epilogue.
To help you in finding these, please use the links below. We are going to keep the podcast URL the same for a little while but when book two is released it will start at a new location. We plan to also release it in two parts.
Thank you for listening to Tales of the Left Hand!
